i would say both needs help,whites and blacks,but thats a slim chance that they will get it.look at the lines of soup kitchens and people are turned away from help they despertly need.they ask if we are better off then we were 4 years ago,well iam for 1 is no.

If "we" is the USA and the poor are our own, then we should help the poor in general, not based on skin color.
