How do you pronounce "Pasalacqua", as in the song "Going to Pasalacqua" by Green Day?

I love this song, it's one of my top favorite GD songs of all time. I've just never heard anyone actually say the word "Pasalacqua" before. I just assumed it was pronounced PASS-uh-LACK-wuh, but I might be wrong. Anyone?
