How can you respect a person who doesn't respect themselves? You're trying to play both sides to the middle. There are female rappers out there that talk about perverted things all the time too, and you're not saying anything about that. For every male rapper you name, I can name a female rapper or singer who does the same. And you buy what you listen to, so you can't by the new 50 Cent album and be like "He's talking abut getting head in the club", but turn around and know the lyrics from Khia's My neck, my back song.

Whoa easy there Woman or girl or whatever u want to be called, a "real guy" is a little perverted, sometimes but mostly just really attracted the average female physic. I can say alot of non rappers do have respect for females. i went thru a phase of my life where i just coudnt let myself check out another gorgeous woman for the rest of my life, and then all of a sudden i realized i was doomed before i had even started. Give some of us some credit. Girls are sexy! What would happen if u ever left us? Doomed i tell u doomed! AND holy crap girls are horrible! ive seen it. anyhow i would respect anygirl who would respect themselves. Justa me!

We have to be careful not generalize certain people. There are some really good rappers out there who are not girl-hatin'. There are some rappers that do, but the people like KRS-1, Common and others talk some deep stuff.
I do agree that men and women alike need to respect each other. It's a two-way street.

I wouldn't generalize if I where you because not all rappers are perverted.... I do agree though when you say that the ones who are disrespectful toward women need to change or find another way of expressing themselves.

everyone is perverted whether you like it or not.. guys are more open about it because the double-standard allows them to be pigs.. if they aren't perverted, they're considered weird.
