Its an astronomical certainty the earth will be burnt to a crisp in about 4.5 billion years from now when our Sun supernovas. But there are plenty of earth ending events that could happen sooner:
The discovery that an earth-crossing asteroid or comet will impact the earth in a matter of months or years. Few people realize just how many close calls we have had just in the last couple of decades, and how few Earth-crossers have been identified. Geological evidence points to massive bombardments of the Earth about every twelve million years or so. And it has been about eleven to twelve million years since the last major bombardment. It is not only highly probable, but an astronomical surety that someday we will again face this threat. Without a gentle nudge, Apophis will come extremely close in 2036. And currently, we have no real plan for dealing with a threat. The last close call we had, we only had days of warning. Not enough time to have dealt with the problem, I assure you.
There is also the threat of emerging viruses, that might wipe out a great majority of mankind. Or a disease which could wipe out our crops or food animals.
There is the threat of ecological disaster, which the geological record shows happens in cycles of hundreds of thousands of years. We may be plunged into a another Ice Age. or face massive global warming, resulting in seas rising and flooding a large portion of currrently populated land.
And then there is the threat that we bring upon ourselves with nuclear weapons. I don't need to spell out just how close we have come to wiping ourselves out, or in the very least, greatly diminishing our ability to survive.
My point is, the universe is a hostile place, and we have only scratched the surface of how improbable our continued existance is, according to the odds. We have beaten the odds coming just as far as we have, but probability has a way of catching up to you. Together, we may have the ability to overcome the odds. Divided... we fall.

The world will end when either we blow the **** out of eachother, an asteroid hits the planet, or the sun burns out turning it into a blackhole into which the world will be sucked. God has nothing to do with it. Oh and the only thing that has the possibility to happen anytime soon is if we blow eachother up.

Well unless the earth is struck down by a huge plantessimal it will end in about 5-10 billion years when the Sun goes nova.

Depends on what you mean by "world".
For the dinosaurs it ended about 65.5 million years ago.
If you mean how long can the sun support life on earth with light and energy, that should be about another 4.5 billion years. However, humanity will have ceased to exist long before that, either becoming extinct or evolving into something quite different.
As for God, he can butt out.

Depends your perception. Technically the world ends when you die, so any day now.
Your end in the world is the day you die. The world ceases to be in your mind, so if you only have your own perception of the world and no one elses, the world ended.

The year 2525. We'll be on Mars by then, and Earth will have been falling apart rapidly. In that year, there will be a major war with Nuclear, or a similar form of weapon. Thousands of species will be extinct, and the population on Earth will decrease by at least a half. Forests will be scarce, and the oceans will have markedly less species of fish.

Well, it depends...
If you are atheist, it could end at any moment, with a nuclear war or a giant meteor could crash in and destroy us or an ice age would slam in and kill us all, or alien invasions could happen at any moment---all based on chance. And, it really doesn't matter anyways, cause life has no transcendent purpose.
If you are a theist, it is all in God's hands and will end whenever He decides. And, since He knows best, everything is cool...if you're a Christian.

On the day you die. That's the end of the world as far as you're concerned.

How can you know that without knowing how the world works?
There are folks whose job is to explore how the world works, in fine detail, and I'm guessing they aren't reading this. I could be wrong.
