cc's are a measure of volume
microgram is a measurement of weight

your question is like asking how many gallons in a pound

that said, you can correlate the two by saying that 1cc of water at 4C weighs 1000 micrograms

I have to assume that you are talking about water here as that is the only thing that makes any sense in comparing volume to mass.

By definition a gram of water is one milliliter, which is the same as one cc (cubic centimeter).

A micro gram is a millionth of a gram or 10^-6 grams.

So one micro gram of water would take up 1x10^-6 cc of volume.

Your question makes no sense. A cc is a cubic centimeter, a measure of volume. A microgram is a measure of mass.
