These answers are all utter rubbish.
Everyone with an iota of sense knows that all men are bastards - romance is just a means to an end and thats to get laid. Sorry for being so blunt but its biochemical and its part of evolution, nature and the continuation of the species.
basically the romance is there to make you feel better about all the disgusting things he wants you to do!

Canadian men.....Italian are bigger in the mouth than any place else, also are more concerned about wearing cheap gold chains, and are hung up on themselves.
