car dont shift strong could it be the speed sensor???

E30-is ISC out of range,this is a Idle speed control motor that is either not adjusted correctly or is binding causing high idle speeds,it either needs to be replaced or adjusted,if it is to be adjusted then it needs to be done paying strict attention to the service manual,also when it is adjusted the Throttle position sensor needs to be adjusted to .55volts at min idle.
