ok. I am a teenager about to get a car. I have tons and tons of American Girl Items. Anyway, If I sold all of my American Girl things I would have enough money to buy a car and not have to get a job. Yet, I still like to collect them, and I have many many retired Items. I just dont know what to do. please help.. thanks.

Dont do something you will regret. Some of your things might seem useless to you at the time, but think about your retired things that are worth so much.
Save all your things and get a job, it will be a good experience.
Then save money and buy a car.
Eventually you will need to go and get a job anyway so there is no use in delaying the inevitable.

The car will probably be a lot more important to you in years to come than the American Girl collection will be. But I'd still recommend getting a job - it's good experience, and you're going to have to have money for gas, repairs, insurance, etc. once you've paid for the car.

Why don't you get a job and save enough for a down payment and then you won't have to give up your American Girl items?

get a job. if you save most of your check you'll be able to get the car within maybe six months depending on how much the car cost and how much you get paid. But if you sell the A.G. things then i dont think you'll be able to collect them anymore.

sweetie...i am a teenager too.If i was in the same situation, i would go for the car in seconds. American girl stuff is 4 little girls or people with no lives! sorri!
