hit CTRL-H. then right-click on the website that u want to delete from ur history and click 'Delete'.

The best way to hide your tracks is to open tools and delete temporary internet files and clear history. More importantly goto start/settings/taskbar and start menu. Click start menu / customize then click the clear button. This deletes the recently accessed websites on the URL bar and clears your recently viewed documents file.

Look for you options link on you explorer page, go to internet options and click the links that say clear history and delete cookies and offline web pages and nobody can see what you have been up to, ---- unless they have a tracking software on the pc,,, good luck and happy surfing.
