seeing a therapist can help you interpret your dreams. Certain clinicians specialize in dreamwork. I too have experienced disturbing dreams. It's just a matter of realizing that dreams are bizzare and weird because our unconscious mind jumbles up information in a way where we can't understand it easily, because the truth hurts sometimes, right? This explain defense mechanisms, such as denial and repression. i'm a firm believer that dreams are not random firings of chemicals at night, they can influence our lives in tremendous ways. Ultimately, there are underlying feelings in your dreams you should focus on, and with the help of a therapist, i promise you won't be disappointed in the personal growth you'll experience.

im guessing it was a nightmare, am i right? Well, nightmares happen often, i use to get it a lot when i was a little girl, what you could do the next night, is make sure nothing blocks your blood stream, because when you blocking one part of blood stream, im guessing it causes nightmares, and when you sleep, turn on the t.v, if you have a night light, turn that on too, and put sleep timer on the t.v probably up to 50 mins. If you ever have this dream again or in reality, you should call up therapy or tell your doctor, maybe that'll help, theres this chinese method for nightmares, you should look that up also :]

There are lots of things that cannot be explained. Dreaming of unfamiliar number and people is one of them. They can be real and sometimes it is weird that it is actual name and address.
Minds are tricky things. Sometimes, we do not know why things lurk into the mind. However, based on daily experience from reality, things can be blended in and at night, dreams will happen. Because our subconscious mind tells us not think about it.
