Well, actually, you're either born with it or you aren't. Simple as that. HOWEVER, if you have potential and people that DON'T LOVE YOU tell you that you're pretty good-adequate, I would suggest voice lessons. Search around the internet for vocal teachers in your area. Without hearing you, it's hard for me to say what you need to do. Oh, and by the way, average rates for vocal lessons are approximately $20-100 an hour, or even more, depending on the vocal teacher.

stress in case you sense uncomfortable, little one or no longer, you ought to end. in case you decide on relax, relax. in many cases women human beings sing much greater ideal after their toddlers are born. we choose a era of restoration, for optimistic, yet in many cases our voices are warmer, fuller, and greater comfortable. Practice. Lol, just like with anything. To actually make your voice sound better, my friend makes some kind of tea that includes honey in it. To widen your range, Constantly be forcing yourself to sing songs higher and lower than your vocal range goes. To make it easier to hit long notes, play songs that you need to sing for long periods of time without taking a breath (for range I use Loreena McKennitt and for length I use an Arabic song called Magnoona, the guy goes for 20 seconds without taking a breath)

I hope this was at least somewhat helpful ^_^

okay, maybe force wasn't a good word to use. What I ment was by singing along with songs that are higher or lower than your vocal range, and attempting to hit them, you get a better chance of hitting them, of course don't force yourself to hit the exact notes.. try your best to hit them, with practice eventually you'll find yourself able to hit them..

But if you don't want to listen to that, then yes, try a vocal instructor, I have no idea how much it costs, but i do know its not cheap and unless you are serious about your singing, it isn't much worth it... If you choose this option, i wish you luck at finding someone local that isn't going to cost too terribly much to help you

Lots of hot liquids...try not to smoke too much, if you're a smoker...do not FORCE the notes (especially if they're beyond your range)...I've been singing and playing multi instruments for fifteen years...how did I teach myself to sing? I dug out all my Beatles albums and sang along with them; one, because lyrically they're easy to remember, two, especially when you try matching their harmonies -which isn't easy- it'll improve your range. And, it should be mentioned that John Lennon, who was one of the great singers of all time, hated the sound of his voice with a passion...which explains why on his solo albums he usually buried it in so much echo and slapback delay that it was hard to make out what he was saying sometimes...

Stand up straight and fully expand your chest so you can get good breath support. Inhale deeply from your abdomen. Most of all, practice and keep practicing.
