i started new school in september and nobody likes me since gr. 5 its been like this everytime i try to talk they ignore me out nobody tries to get to know me they just dont care im not gothic or anything im normal. Today in class these girls were looking at me and laughing then one of them said aawee shes soo cute and then smiled at me and laughed again and then said sorry which was rude in my opinion. Then i was walking down the hallway and these other girls looked at me and kept looking at me and laughing until i got to my class i tried to walk faster so i could get away from them. I hangout bymyself at lunch cause nobody tries to talk to me i talked to them but they ignore me like i said before and random people tell me im beautiful so that cant be the reason. So am i cursed?

You are not cursed. Sometimes life is unfair and people in general are rude. I moved a lot as a child and always had a hard time making friends. Try joining clubs and organizations. It also helps to sit in the front of class, shows people that you are not afraid. Also, hold your head up, don't shy away and when girls look at you and laugh, just remember that is their insecurities showing, not yours.
If you really want to get to the bottom of it. Ask why they laugh at you and why they don't like you. Another thing you might want to try, is ask the counselor if they heard any rumors about you. Kids are quick to start rumors about the new kids that transfer in.
If nothing else, just hang in there. The whole world will open up when school is over with.

I know what you're going through. Thats exactly how high school was for me. I was FAT and everyone thought I was evil. I never had a date. Things got better when I stopped caring about other people became content with just being alone. My SR year I guess people liked that about me so I got some really cool friends. You're not cursed. I dont think you've found the right crowd. Be yourself and I know something good will happen. Best of luck.

No you are not cursed. You are not the problem it's the other kids they can be mean. Just hang in there you will meet someone that's nice and you can be friends with. It's not always going to be like this, it will get better. Just be yourself know matter what. School doesn't last forever and it's totally different when you get out. I wish you all the best.

Your not cursed. I work in a school and I see how cruel kids are. What I tell my kids in your situation is this. There jealous of you and making fun of you is there way of making them self's feel better. You really should go to your counselor and talk to her/him they can help you. I would try to write a letter about your self and what it feels like when they treat you that way. With your teacher and counselors help you can rise above them and hit them where it hurts. Being a bully these days you can get in alot of trouble. Stay confident in who you are.

Well, try to make at least one friend. In the library or in the chess club or something.
