this is from a few things
the house is very humid, the system puts out more than it takes back through the return, the system is to big for your residence
(often this is done because there is a feeling there should be more than enough, rather than not enough).
SHUT THE DOOR :)
have your system balanced
the boots in the celing (attic) may not be insulated

One problem could be that your air ducts are not properly insulated. The cold air inside them causes moisture to build on the outside, similar to the way it builds on the outside of your glass when you have a cold drink.

that happens when i run the humidifier in my house. so if you have warm and humid air before turning on the a/c that may be the cause.

make sure your filter is clean or replace it. make sure vents are open all the way and any pipe dampers are open.
