No, As Of Now, You Can Only Get Movies That Are Already On UMD, Not Copied, Since There Is No Current Way To Burn Your Own UMDs..
So If You Have A DVD Of Something, You Have To Purchase A UMD Of It Seperately, And There's No Guarantee That They Have A UMD Version Of It..

however, In Many Electronic/Software Stores, They Have Software That Allows You To Make A Backup Of Your DVD, And Can Make It Playable On iPods/PSP By Converting It To MP4 Format..
I Cannot Reccomend Any Of Them, Since I Never Tried Them..

Not yet, but they are talking about putting out UMD burners, so you can do things like put a DVD on UMD.

However, that might not be for a long time, because I guess Sony does not want to release the license for it :/.
