how do u know if your bleeding 2 much during ur period???

if you take a blood test (complete blood count or CBC) and become anemic (low hemoglobin) that means you bleed too much. eat more iron (red meats, spinachs) or take iron supplements if that happens. it helps the regenerations of white blood cells.

EVERYone is different. My Best friend Soaks through a Super plus Tampon in a half hour duration. It just means you have a heavy flow. Just like some people have a verry light flow. If you are too concerned, Call a doctor or make an appointment. good luck!!
