This is for the people who think being gay is the same as being a pedofile. How do pedofiles become pedofiles? Anyone know?

I do not think that pedophilia and homosexuality is anywhere near the same thing. Two totally separate sexual preferences. Pedophiles i am not sure how they become this way, sexual deviants is what I consider them to be. However, some believe that they are this way because they were abused as children, however, I personally do not buy this explanation. Because if that were the case, they would not do it to another human being knowing first hand how painful and disgusting it made them feel. I think they are just disgusting ill moralled individuals that are deviant and the power and control issue is what is appealing to them with a little bit of masochistic behavior tendencies thrown in. Homosexuals are grown and are attracted to the same sex, however, grown same sex individuals with like preferences. Two totally separate choices. This is like comparing apples to carrots. God bless

It is conditioned. Like Pavlov's dog, which was conditioned to drool to the sound of a bell, pedofiles are conditioned with today's media, and the way young girls dress, as sexy.
We have a problem in our young people. Middle School, and elementry schoolchildren should not be dressing like Britney.
