I saw Wise on TV last night and he looked completely out of his depth. Small man situation or what. He will alienate his squad through his anachronistic approach. Can u compare him to Arsene Wenger?

It's a big step up from Swindon Town to Leeds Utd. The Leeds job is potentially the 'job from hell'. The fans are so expectant, with good reason too. This club should be in the Premiership, not next season or the season after but now. Wise is a novice and a poor choice. Alan Curbishly would have been the best bet or even Steve Cotterill (subject to availability). I really hope it works out for him but he'll be sacked or will resign before the end of the season unless he can perform miracles. He should last longer than 44 days though.

I think he will do very well. He has guts and will give 110%. If the players do the same Leeds will start to climb the table. Wise is a winner and will get rid of the shirkers and prima donnas. He will only want players who want to play for Leeds and who will show pride and committment to the club.

He'll be there more than 44 days. Ken Bates wouldn't have hired him if he didn't have more faith in him than that and will know a bit about him from Wise's playing days. I may not always have liked what I have seen from Mr. Bates over the years but he's a reasonably shrewd character.

specific superb programme. the guy replaced right into a real genius and its surprising he replaced into by no potential given a pass on the britain job. i ask your self what he'd make of the likes of Gerrard, Drogba and Ronaldo doing their ideal intense board diving exercises?

i think its a shame that these high profile x players that use lower clubs to gain an advantage and move on there is no loyalty anymore and hopefully it comes back to haunt him
