You posted under Homework Help, so I am assuming that you are looking for the name of some type of public figure? I tried a Google search, and only came up with one thing:
Feb 25, 1990 is the date that Terri Schiavo collapsed, and lapsed into a "persistent vegetative state." She actually died in March 2005, but apparently her husband inscribed her grave with the 1990 death date, which greatly upset Terri's family.

What a curious question! Statistically speaking, the odds are that several people somewhere in the world died at that precise time on that specific date.

I think maybe you need to rephrase your question --- "anyone"
would not be able to answer had they died on Feb25,1990 at 6:14am now would they???

no.there are not any recorded deaths on that date and time given statistically,nor any related articles written.
