Trying to keep the price down, but I'd still like to get them something a bit original. Any thoughts appreciated :)

Get them an apple and draw a face on it. This would be both cheap and original

Why dont you look on ebay for presents...you can get things really cheap and they have almost EVERYTHING on there, you could type in something that they are interested in like a band and there will be loads of items that come up like clocks and mugs, keyrings, bank notes, that way its something you've really thought about rather than just buying a box of smellies from Boots. there are lots of really good branded stuff on there too like handbags etc.

Alot of the items can be personalised like if they are made to order.

depends how old they are too, i'm at uni so i might get my friends a personalised door sign for their bedroom door.

happy shopping

good luck

Not sure how much you want to spend....You could get different gift sets from Bath and Body Works, or great smelling candles with holders from Pier One. You could pick your favorite new cookbook or fiction book and give that out. You could give magazine gift certificates. If you bake you could make cookies or bread? Hope those help

I "know a guy *wink*" that rented TV shows on DVD and make copies of them. Everyone loved them because they got a $60 regardless of whether they were original or not.

One thing is for sure. Everyone remembered the gifts AND they're handmade! :D

can you paint? I dont know make something for them.
Get them token gifts something little but funny, they wont mind if you dont spend much.
Otherwsie why dont you do a secret santa where all your mates put your names into a hat and you each pick one out, then thats who you buy a present for it works out cheaper and easier than buying for loads of people.

CRAFTS CRAFTS CRAFTS

Make your friends unique gifts. Scrapbooks, blankets, candles. You name it! I did this last year and it was a huge hit. And best of all, it was very inexpensive.
