None, really. You'll need to stop at the one closest to BART, and it will take you right to the airport.

Amtrak does not go into SF. From personal experience, I know there are no Amtrak train stations at those places you mention.

Buses may stop at those places and BART (our subway) goes near some of them like the Montgomery station for the "Financial Center" and Embarcadero station for the "Ferry" and the "Wharf."

There is a commuter train that goes between San Jose and the 4th Street station in SF. It is not Amtrak however. Its closest station to the SFO airport is in Burlingame, but that is still several miles from the airport.

Amtrak does have stations near Jack London Square in Oakland and in Emeryville, home of Pixar the animation studio. Both are excellent, modern and clean stations. Both have frequent buses come to them to cart you off wherever you might want to go in Oakland and the East Bay...including a BART station.

BART will take you directly into the SFO terminal (near United). However, unless you take the correct, direct BART train, you may find yourself having to switch trains en route. That can be a pain if you are lugging a lot of luggage behind you.

Each BART station shows the routes; so check there to find the direct route into the SFO terminal. The cost will be about $5 or 6$ one-way, depending on where you board BART.

Like others have said, Amtrak does not actually go into San Francisco, but there are buses that go to those stops. All of them are downtown, and many miles away from the airport which is actually in San Mateo county.

However, the Amtrak station in Richmond is also a BART station, and you can take BART directly to the airport.

I think that that would be faster than taking a train to Emeryville, a bus from there to the city, and then taking BART or Muni.

To get to the airport...

Take the Amtrak shuttle bus from Emeryville to the Ferry Building, then walk down Market Street one block to the subway station entrance (Look for stairways with "BART/MUNI Metro" signs).

A cab is neither necessary nor desirable. The drivers will certainly not appreciate picking up such a meager fare for their efforts.

Once you're underground...there will be ticket machines and two sets of gates: You'll need to use the ones for BART.

BART will take you to the airport in 30 minutes (don't use the MUNI platform, that's for local "municipal" trains).

The airport, SFO, is not actually in San Francisco. The Amtrak Stations that you are referring to are actually Bus Stops. The stops that you have listed are all in San Francisco. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. SF to the airport? Airport to SF? The best way to get to/from the airport on public transportation from downtown is BART.

If you're coming from SFO to Amtrak, you could take a shuttle bus from the airport, like Super Shuttle.

If you're going from Amtrak to SFO---the closest train station is Emeryville, and there's a bus that takes you to the Ferry Building stop. From there you could cab over to BART, or take a chance on calling Super Shuttle from the Ferry station.
