Get the book Stress Free for Life by Dr. Fred Luskin and Dr. Kenneth Pelletier. The authors list 10 life skills to help you deal with all kinds of stress. Each life skill describes the purpose of the life skill, how to practice it, tips, and applications (what situations warrant each life skill). It's an excellent book that has been helpful to me.

Go get a massage and a facial. You need time alone just for you, also try meditation, it is the absolute best thing for stress that requires no medication Good luck! :)

slow down,
take a break, try to break "everything" into small parts, the smallest u can get and then start dealing with each one at a time. if u look at "everything" it seems huge, if u take a small piece at a time maybe u can handle it :) u ll make a priority list, which piece u need to deal with first according to YOUR NEEDS.
however if u feel very anxious it would really help u to have a few therapy/counselling sessions :) take care

meditate
sleep
read
holiday
but meditate is best - solve your problems - understand that it is the process of life to be confronted with problems and be stressed and in pain and have to solve them.
once you master your problems - they are no longer painful or stressful, you just do it
until you master your problems, the stressors will recur
the sleep or holiday solutions only put off the stressors and they will eventually catch up with you again

Tried mediation, writing in a journal, listen to music or maybe even talk to someone you know. This works for a lot of people and it can work for you.

Regular exorcise, balanced diet and meditation should help. If not, you might consider talking to your doctor.
