I want to make the music in my computer into MP3 format so I can upload them. Can someone please explain in a way that wouldn't be too complicated??

Download a program called Audacity at audacity.com and the Lame file too. Open any sound recording with audacity and go to file and click where it says Export as MP3. Bam, you got yourself an MP3!!!

No intent to take action. Simply set your AV receiver to Dolby Prologic II (or the DTS similar) and it is going to mechanically check out to transform two-ch stereo to enclose. Or convert the mp3 to two-ch PCM; that is the excellent DTS hd can do any method.

you woulds have to have a program on your computer that would edit the file. You probably don/'t.
Also, there is wavepad?

If you have the soundcard "creative" you can do that.
