You must be getting the false error 999 yahoo is posting.do this;
Log on to yahoo mail 1st then go to games.This by-passes my yahoo main page and gets you around the 999 error

I'm not sure what you mean. but I have found bingo and checkers there to be very fun. Sometimes the people who chat could maybe use a vacation but thats ok.
