When I like a guy I am embarrassed to tell him face to face but I can say it through email or messenger.
After that I can't face him if he isn't interested though...

Nope...not at all embarrassed..... i am very approachable..and honest. I honestly cannot think of one thing i would be embarrassed about telling someone. This is not a matter of hurting anyone's feelings......if i feel that it will..i will just communicate a little softer. Aside from that, not at all.
This may not be the answer yu are looking for...but it is my answer and my truth..

I'm very much afraid to say my true feleings to people. I always either lie or half or half lie. It is just something that I can't help, because I;m also very shy. People can tell when I am traying to hide something, because my body language is always very tense. I also don't like saying stuff about my body...you know...

no i can say just about anthing... i just count to five....1-2-3-4-5... then i go for it... after i do it i find that it is better if you say it then... or you may never get the chance to say it again... that is just what i say
