Change your attuide!!!
When I was younger, I would sit and sulk because of how bad I had it compared to the other kids and the other kids would tell me that they were grateful to have it so good.
These kids came to my home; they saw it with their own eyes!
Now, at 48, I can truthfully say that it did me no good!
I find friends to be with; I’ll work 2 jobs to have something to fill the time with. I go for walks and get on the internet and talk to people, like you.
Now get off this computer, go for an ice cream, and call a friend to go with you.
No one home, then go to a live performance play, to a bowling alley, anywhere there are people.
You may run into someone you know, but try to make new friends with who ever you met.

go find something to help you get back up. Everyone has problems and there is something everyone has to motivate them. It may either a person, dreram or something else. If you dont have those anymore, you need to call some one to help you talk about whats wrong so you can get back up again. You may need to find another focus in life to help keep you going, but you need to find something. If your religious, go to your pastor and tlak to him and he will be able to help you. He will laops keep your problems quite if that is somthing you need too. Hang IN There!

Honey you have to get up!! shake yourself off. reach way down deep and find yr inner strength. Most important & what works 4 me is give it to the man upstairs. Pray for him to show you the way and 4 the strength to get there. I promise it works.
belive in yourself and have faith in god & you will be back on top.

I know the feeling, but you just have to keep trying and trying, no matter how hard it is. Having people supporting you, been right there beside you when you need someone to talk is helpful.

I have two sayings that might help!
"Pressure is what turns coal into a diamond"
&
"You alone can do it, but you cannot do it alone"
Sure life is a challenge but that is what makes it so exciting.
Find someone to motivate and support you...

Take a nap. Seriously. I get depressed when I can't cope and this makes me want to sleep more.
