one of my friends got expelled frum school becuase they spit in the teachers drink at school should they have ogtten expelled just for that...i mean susspention is gd enough...but seriously how would you react to thys if you were a teacher wud u expell him or susspend him or do what ever?please help cuz he might *** back but he has to go to court nd i might get to go be on jurry duty soo please help me was it roght or wrong to do that or both?

well actually i can be jury duty cuz my dad is friends with the loyer i a not really friends with him i just am nice enough to talk to him he wuz also a new student to plus we r in different grades nd barely see each other....but i witnessed the whole thing i do thing he diserves to be expelled but he shud only be susspended 4 like 3 months and that is it.....i also might not go to the jury

lol and no my friend doesnt have aids lol he got tested one of our teachers took him to the dr. with his mum lol that wuz preatty random tho lol ya so to the person who siad he might of had a virus or sumfing he didnt lol

lol well we had this teacher that was mean to everybody and one of the students that she really didnt like she asked him to get her some tea so he got her some and when she left the room some kids put like 5 staples in her tea and she drank it

I wouldnt neccessarily say expelled. It is dangerous though. If your friend had AIDS or some other virus, he/she might have given it to the teacher. Also, it depends if the teacher was mean or not. If I was a nice teacher, and I found out that a kid spit in my drink, I would first look to the record and see if the kid has a pretty clean record. If he/she does I would not expell them. But if the kid had a record of being really bad and causing trouble, I wouldnt want he/she to influence other people. Thats my personal opinion though. Good Luck.

The teacher was right to expell him. That is digusting and it shows he has no respect for the teach and authority figure. If I was his parents I would whip his butt.

HELL NO! In my school if you spit you get a Wednesday school but if you spit on a teacher you get 8 days OSS. That sux

I think that they should have been expelled. I don't think what they did was right at all.

I would suspend this person...expulsion is severe...though I do not know the priors that this person might have.....perhaps expulsion was the correct thing to do...well it is out of my hands anyway...and yours......hope that it doesn't happen to you!
