I was wondering if there is such a thing as a free standing toilet paper holder with rollers on it ,so I can roll it when it comes time to clean it ? Any ideas or any place to get one?

Best case, it flushed, worse case its caught in the trap of the toilet. Wait and see if it causes a backup, if it does, call the plumber for a new toilet.
