I absolutely loved the Poppyseed myth one. They ate all those poppyseed bagels and had to test and see if they had signs of opiates. It was hilarious when they started getting sick and tired of eating them.
Oh! And I also loved the Mentos and Pop one, where they made the rockets. A whole bunch of people I know [me not wanting to get arrested, decided to follow the "do not try this at home," disclaimer and said no] went to a nearby elementary school during the weekend and set off a few. Apparently, one didn't go off, so my friend went over and threw it on the ground and it hit him in the balls. I hate him now, so I can laugh about it without wincing.

My favorite episode was when they tested to see if a playing card could really kill a person. It turned out that, due to the flimsy nature of a playing card, no matter how much force you use to fling it at somebody, the worst you can really do (and only if you are extremely strong) is wound a person.

Wow, I can't list just one...
Floating boat (with ping pong balls), Shattering CDs, Barrel of Bricks, Pringles Perfect Explosion, Archimedes' Mirrors, there's so many great episodes. The only episode name I'm sure of is Barrel of Bricks, it was the first one I ever saw.
