I am always good with advise but never in my own life.
I really like this girl,it's driving me crazy.We are friends now for 3 months.She has gay friends so she doesn't have a probleme with gays.The last time we where somewhere and it was dark i took her hand and she didn't let go until we came to the car.I'm seeing her this weekend and she told me she has a little b-day present for me.Now how do l let her now i want to be more than friends and when?

Find out what the birthday present is first. It sounds like she might in the same situation you are in.
Otherwise, let her know when you are both alone to ensure that no one will be there whom she might rather not know about the situation. Don't be forceful, but don't be too subtle (or she might not catch what you're trying to say).

That's so sweet that you both held hands! That's a good step. If you think that she might feel that way 2, then just ..... I think you should kiss her on the lips after she gives the present 2 u and if u like the present. It'll be so sweet.

Any relationship whether straight or gay should be founded on trust and honesty. Without these two things no relationship will stand the test of time.
Tell her how you feel, A true friend will be able to deal with it either way.

You held her hand and she didn't let go of it. And this was done in the dark. This is pretty much a "go for it" sign. Tell her on your birthday. She deserves to know. Just see what the birthday present is, and wait it out. You can also have a good friend ask her if she'd ever date a girl, hopefully it won't be traced back to you.
