My DH had an affair with a coworker while we were separated. He tried to end the relationship when he came back to me. But she kept calling and wanting to be friends.
We compare notes and she told me things I hadn’t known – like that they had been living together for a few months.
I filed for divorce the next day & she seemed thrilled. He again tried to end it & told her he was leaving his job in Jan. if he got divorce papers from me.
My husband and I had never stopped working on the marriage So I decided to give our marriage a chance. It's a decision I have made so I'm not asking about that.
She wanted back all of the items like underwear, belts, shoes, clothing & deposit for the house they rented. She did not pay rent 6 months.
10 months after the relationship didnt workout, she is now threatening his employment with harassment at work.
She has sent him emails and tells him that she wants him gone in Jan. and he should leave she as she doesn’t want it to get ugly for him.

Thanks for responses.
Lefty,
We gave back everything she wanted readily. He has been open about what has hapened and knows he could still lose me over this. He forwards emails, calls me on his cell phone and puts her on speaker phone when she calls him at work.
He's given me access to all of his accounts, computer, phone, voicemail.
She and I only talked once. That's when I filed for divorce, But I did see her call as a despearte ploy on her part to get him back.

I will probably be unpopular for this but as a married woman I must say kudos for sticking it out and trying to make it work. People make mistakes. Smart people learn from them. Though my husband has never cheated on me he had a co worker that used to always tell him he should leave me. When he went to a supervisor they were afraid to do anything about it because she had a history of harassment suits. If it was consensual and they had a lease together she doesn't have a leg to stand on legally. He needs proof that the affair was mutual because the definition of harassment is the unwelcome advance of a co worker.

Why on earth would you not want to give back items like, underwear, belts, shoes and clothing.
Why in Gods name would you want your husbands mistress's clothes?
Give her the deposit, the other junk and tell your husband to be a man, stand up to her.
If she isn't his boss how is she harassing him?
If she is his boss, go to her boss and warn that person a law suit will follow if the harassment doesn't stop.
I hope you are right, but. I have a nagging feeling that you better keep a real close eye on your hubby.
I hope I am wrong. But I have the darnedest feeling there is still a little fire there.
Remember you had to take him from her twice already.
This harassment you are talking about is her way of staying in touch with him. You don't know what is in those e-mails, may not be harassment. May be a little hankie pankie.
You are a glutton for punishment though. Comparing notes with your hubbies mistress. That had to hurt.

that is an old joke but it is sexual harassment. The definition is this..if you are having or getting unwanted comments or actions about parts of the body or behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable the law says it is harassment. I think your supervisor is also in the wrong, either file a grievance or go to the supervisors boss. The only other thing is to let it go. You could have your brother, father or man friend come in and pick you up from work and give the guy mad dog looks or speak to him quietly about the actions.

You play with fire, you might get burned. Hopefully, your little boy learned a valuable lesson. Otherwise, he's doomed to repeat it. In this man hating society that we live in, women hold all the cards at work. All they have to say is that you made it a sexually hostile environment just by looking at them, and most HR departments send you packing. They don't want to deal with the expense of refuting a false accusation. It's cheaper to let qualified men go and pick up the pieces afterwards.
If I owned a company, I'd only hire men. I couldn't afford the liability.

Save the emails actually print them out have him send her one final email asking her to stop emailing and harassing her and tell her not to reply to this email or he is taking further action. If she replies to the email tell him to go to his boss and tell him / her what is going on. you can also go to the police and file harassment against her and charge her with threatening to have him terminated from his job. DO NOT reply to her emails and do not talk to her at work make sure if he has to be in the same room with her and he is not there alone with her.
Good luck!

I work at an employment law firm and that is not acceptable he should save the e-mails and take her to court regardless if he dated her in the past he put an end to it and if she is trying to get him back for that at work is unacceptable go to court save the e-mails they will come in handy write down every single comment she has made every phone call the date and time verry important and of course what she said

Make sure all emails are kept that she is sending as proof for backup if it gets that far. He should turn her in before she starts something and stop her in her tracks. Good luck

" she is now threatening his employment with harassment at work."
Save all those records, in case she does. Harassment is one of the toughest things to prove
