Unfortunately at the age of 54 sometimes I have to go with the old saying that "The spirit is willing but the bodies not able" Also I am not as good as I once was,but I am as good once as I always was

willing and able...

I know there are things I haven't tried yet so can't start with able... but I do know that if I am willing to do something, I will be more able to accomplish it. Conversely, if I'm able to do something but not willing, then there's a greater chance I won't be successful.
