Im a 14 year old male. Would doing 50 sit-ups a day stunt or affect my growth in anyway?

I've never heard anything remotely close. While you're still growing your gains would be limited to your age, but you'll be gaining strength and a healthy fit habits that will greatly you as you grow older. Most people have the hardest time breaking into a healthy lifestyle -- start younga and enjoy the ride!

Your doing sit-ups is probably one of the best things you could be doing at your age. I only wish I had exercised more - I could have looked much better than I did.

So keep up the exercises - you'll be glad you did when you look into the mirror ten years from now. Take it from one who didn't do much exercise.

NO!!! it doesn't! I'm 5'10" and i was 5'3" last month and i do 60 sit ups a day. Don't worry man! ur probibly at the stage that ur body is resting from growth.
