look up the manufacture of the lights you just bought and ask them.
this would be the best advice
but most likely all you need to do is run a hot wire and use the wipers as the ground...

So is this an after market LED light set up? No instructions? Find the wires going to you existing park lights. Determine which one is hot with the park lights on. wire leds into that wire and to the ground there as well. Hope this helps.

If I understand your question properly, one component of the plug is +24 VDC and the different component is floor? The plug components 24 VDC to something else? if it extremely is the case - you could place a low ohm resister interior the plus line and placed your LED in parallel with the resister - ensure of the appropriate polarity - whilst there's a executed circuit and modern-day flowing, the small voltage drop around the resister will mild the LED.

Yup casualtr97 are right. it is illegal to fix that as what the traffic police claim, they district other driver. but if you insist, you can try this...
Depend on how you want the Wiper LED light to work.
[LED light on when Ignition ON]
Tap the wire into any after-ignition wire. (Most cases they are yellow colored wire) But will be good if your can test the supply with multimeter before you tap your gadget. Test if there is any supply when you switch on and off your ignition.
[LED light on only when headlight turned ON]
Tap the wire into your front side light/small light. Same, test if there is any supply when you switch on and off your headlight.

find one of the front parking light curciut wires (there should be two at the lite) and use those.

In most states those are illegal and you will get a ticket or at minimum a "fixit ticket"

dont put them on they are gay if u cant do it or figure it out dont bother because u cant fix it when it breaks
