Why would someone be interested in going into the recruitment field?

there are recruiters in all sorts of fields, not just the military. I have been a recruiter for a personal care company for 14 years matching people to test products. They use people not animals

Recruiters match work with people that are willing and able to do it, and they make money on the difference between what is paid for the work and what the person that actually does it gets paid.

The ones who don't work in an office are known by their overly flashy cars, or their tendency to wear too much gold jewelry. These should be treated with caution, as they often carry knives.

the person who go into recruitment field is ,He knows how he/she can make the money out of others work.He/ she will get you the job for less money which you are satisfied with you send resume ets... and... got no jobs, he/she work on this. there are so many things like that ,filling up application form and submitting for their benefits feel you are better,there is a charge,the out come is that the person doing a job and he/she is charges a fee for what they are rendering towards you,you have obledged to pay for them,Other word is they are exhausted for sending application/resume for them to get a job and they work few temperory places as part time jobs and got experience which they utilise for their benefit,what these recruitement agencies do

Because they enjoy helping people who doesn't know where else to turn to for a job. I met a woman name Aimee Porter and she was the one that called me up 2 weeks before the start date of the possible position. I went to the office and had to fill out paper work which was required for the position. I thanked her for finding me the job and she told me your welcome and no thanking me for registering with her agency.
