Lalaland is another word for daydreaming, but I'll suspect that you're referring instead to a mind addled by drugs and/or alcohol. And if by cool you are suggesting an emotionless, nonchalant, fearless quality of someone who's tough, been abused, seen it all, and doesn't care for any of it, or anyone, nor himself, someone reckless, mindless, thoughtless, and vicious like an animal, then I would say your statement is true: Being drugged out is the preferred state of an evil thug. Lalaland IS cool!

Over rated, can't exactly say where talking about the same Lalaland. though. Be cool, stay in school, even though that is a logic phrase it's still hard to force out with the cheese factor on it. Down with dope, up with hope.
