Drink those protein drinks! They have lots of calories in and also provide you with vitamins and minerals. So it is not an unhealthy choice. Or alternatively just eat lots of high fat foods!

Would 7lbs really make that much difference?
If you really need to 'fatten up' just cut down on the excercise and start eating some burgers, or chips. 7lbs in 3 weeks should be a doddle. If you're going to be weighed in 3 weeks - don't forget to not go to the toilet before the weigh in, and have a heartly meal and a few glasses of water (a litre of water weighs 1 kilo - 2.2 pounds) - that should up the numbers by a couple of pounds.

I'd say you're best bet is to eat lots of protein and carbohydrates, and go for a few more sweets and things.
It's best to have a balanced diet when gaining or loosing weight if you try just eating all the same food whether it is fatty or healthy stuff, chances are it will have the opposite effect to what you want it to because your body uses it differently to try and get the nutrition.

All you need to do is work out a bit and add extra calories. Like someone suggested before. whole foods and starches. Pasta, potatoes. rice and grains. High fat food will jsut make you sick. Also you should use a meal replacement drink but not to replace a meal but use it as added calories. Its not very filling but will give you the extra calories for weight gain.

Get some Carnation Instant Breakfast mixes...they come in many different flavors. Use 2% or whole milk. Then add dry milk to the mix to add more calories. It tastes good and worked for someone I know.
