I am a 15 year old male and I am wondering if it is normal to have one testicle bigger than the other. It is a big difference, but is this normal??
HELP!!
Also if I had to guess one of my testicles is about 1/4 smaller than the other.

I used to wonder the same thing. My testicles are considered larger than normal but I also have one that is slightly larger than than. My Urologist informed me that over 80% of men have the same situation. I didn't believe him but I started to notice on the porn that watch and EVERY guy in EVERY movie I have recently seen is totally asymmetrical so chill out.....its perfectly normal. Good thing you notice your body at such a young age....keep it up, you'll live longer.

Most men have one larger than the other. Many times the left testicle larger than the other. Try to stop worrying- perhaps a visit to your family doctor will ease your mind.

its normal don't worry. If you remember back into 5th/6th grade you should've had Health/Puberty lesson and they told u/us that its normal to have one teste bigger than the other, one higher than the other and etc. If ur teste have a bump in it other than the bump at the back of it (connecting the line to ur teste thing) then u don't have Testicular Cancer.

Go see a doctor. You can also do a pregnancy test (buy pregnancy kit from pharmacy). positive results means you must see a doctor (urologist)

Bottom line - go see a urologist to evaluate it.

Don't worry. One is always slightly bigger than the other, just like women's breasts.
