Dress as Dr. Frank n' Furter from Rocky Horror. I swear, Tim Curry was the hottest man to ever wear a garter belt and platforms!

GREAT IDEA!!!!! I have kknown guys who always wanted to dress up in femme attire anyway ....cowboys actually......(shhhhh) and halloween proved to be the perfect time for them to do it.
Wear a small tight black skirty, Stockings, a tight blouse, , get a wig, and try to navigate in high heels, you will be a hit! watch the make up now........not too much eye shadow...*wink*
