An abortion is when you choose to physically get rid of the baby, either by taking some sort of pill in the very early stages, or by surgery later. You cannot be diagnosed with an abortion because it is something you choose to do to end a pregnancy. further clarification please?

I dont understand your question. How can you be diagnosed with abortion? Abortion is when you choose to get rid of your baby by surgically removing it from you or pills, etc.. I dont get what your diagnosis is.
