i get 20% at my job for discount if bought a couple?

if i bought a couple things with my discount and sell them for the marked priced would that be against law in michigan

It's not against the law, but it may be against company policy. You'll have to take that up with your manager.

Besides the question of legality or company policy, how sure are you that you could sell the items at list price? Why would someone buy from you, with no guarantee, rather than the store?

check out your company's policy. i am betting that it is a violation, and will get you fired.
