I am arguing with my roommate about this. He likes to leave his small heater on while he is at work. I insist its dangerous while he insists its perfectly fine as long as its on the low setting.

It is not a good idea to leave them on unattended like that.

not good.....don't know where you are from,but just SUPPOSE there's an earth tremor or something and it tips over !!!! ........and their wasting electricity anyway !!

nope, huge fire hazard. not only should it not be left on, it should not even be left plugged in.
