I start my day with soda pop and end it with booze.

The middle is mostly greasy, spicy, and sugary.

I aim to die before the onset of middle age.

Lately I have just cut the junk food out of my diet. I really don't want to eat it, but for some reason, I always did anyway. Junkfood does nothing for your body, and after I have not been eating junkfood, it doesn't even look good anymore. I can look at pop and say whatever and drink water. I am so proud of myself. I don't really control my weight, but I am being proactive about watching my food intake and doing more exercise so I don't have to do this if I ever turned into a fat pig when I grow up. I am doing very well for a sophomore in high school.

I have to be careful. I have a very good appetite that I control by packing my own lunch and snacks so I am never overly hungry. I also weight train a lot to keep my muscle mass up, thus raising my resting metabolic rate. (I hope)

When I am into HEAVY training, I need to be aware to eat enough...to maintain energy, mood levels....

I eat whatever I want, not because my body can handle it easily but more because I love food and love to cook. I then exercise my a_s off to maintain my weight. I don't mind weight training and cardio as I love the strength, energy, and bod(in time) that comes with it.

I eat pretty much what I want but in moderation, I am borderline diabetic so I have to watch my weight.

it is both. what you eat is important for good health. HOW MUCH you eat will have a great effect on your weight. you can only use so much.
