Yeah .. it is Superman by black lace ... i have it on tape ... they used it for a childrens disco about 15 years ago, and I used to get up and dance to it ... I remember it well ... it goes (about half way through) ... clap your hands, bend your knees with the music, now we're gonna try it a little bit faster ... sleep ... wave ... hitch a ride ... sneeze ... walk... swim ... ski ... spray ... macho man ... sound you horn ... ring the bell ...kiss ... comb ur hair ... give them a wave ... SUPERMAN!
