how does it stay up and what does it look like? i don't know why, but i've never been able to figure it out. I think theres some sort of elastic straps or something. do you guys just wrap them around your legs or something. i'v sort of pictured it like briefs, except at the bottom is a cup. or something like that.

Dude, the cup fits into an athletic supporter, which is sort of like a pair of underpants with no rear end. That doesn't properly describe it, so go google it or go to a sporting goods store and you'll see what one looks like. It has a pouch in the front that the cup slips into - that way it's held securely in place and doesn't slip out or get out of alignment.

I wear it differently than most. I like to the boys feel nice and secure so here it is:

I start in my birthday suit, put one jock on, then spandex shorts, the cup, another jock and one more pair of spandex shorts. This keeps everything n place and the boys don't end up creeping out hte side and get pinched. I hate the feeling of everything moving around when I am trying to play. It is a little confining and takes some getting used to, but it does work.
