I tried gravity boots but they hurt my feet and I can't stop myself from swinging about the friggin place. Sit ups are too lame and easy to do and i broke my moms ironing board strapping myself to that and putting it up against the sofa. The equipment at the gym sucks and I can't afford the fees all I need is something cheap simple and easy that I can put away for upper body exersizes. anyway I'd love suggestions and links and will give a best answer to something affordable. Thanks!!

I bought an AB Lounge from e-bay - perfect. Now have abs of steel, and look - no more broken ironing boards!

There are tons of things you can do for abs. And doing all of them keeps you from getting bored. Try taking up boxing? You don't even need a bag or gloves! Maybe just a set of handwraps. Shadowbox for 30 seconds then get down and do slow situps (Start by sitting straight up, hands out in front of you like a zombie. Take a deep breath in. Then, SLOWLY lower yourself to the ground while keeping your abs tight, don't let yourself fall to the ground at all. Once you're flat on your back raise your hands up over your head while you take a breath, and then exhale slowly again as you lift yourself up in a slow, controlled motion. Keep your abs tight through this whole exercise and you'll feel sore in places you never knew you had muscles!) Rinse and repeat until you drop!

Another one, that sounds so simple.. but I dare you to hold it for over a minute! Take a partial pushup position, but instead of extending your arms straight with hand on the floor, rest your elbows and forearms on the ground while you hold the rest of your body straight. All you need to do is squeeze your abs and glutes and hold the position as long as you can. If you feel real daring you can try leg lifts in that position.

If you have a partner you can get a medicine ball and do situps while tossing the ball back and forth. One person catches the ball, lays down, and sits back up while tossing the ball back to the other person.

What are you doing with Abs from the boy band Five in your home!?!? It sounds sordid, 'Swining all around the friggin place', 'Puttin it up against the sofa', 'Strapping myself to that'. Jeez, little wonder your mums not happy!!!

I saw him on Celebrity Love Island and I thought he was straight. Seems I was wrong....
