Above the law? Do some homework. Bush takes every step to support laws, i.e. appointing judges who don't write laws from the bench.

Hey Hugo,

I am no commie, but I can appreciate your calling Dubya the Devil. He is definitely the Devil's son at the very least....or grandson. And yes, to see him prosecuted and then punished accordingly will be the happiest day of my life. I've been screwed over before, personally, and I've felt pure hatred in my heart and soul as a result. But none of that compares to the pain and misery the ******** has put me and the entire world through. He cares so little for human life that he'll use our children for his wars of profit. What a miserable, pathetic piece of $HIT this draft-doging "man" of a president really is.

Yes, I cannot wait until he is no longer above the law. And I volunteer for Jury Duty, or Prosecutor, or Witness. Whatever. He deserves the traitors treatment.

Bush will go completely gray from the oversight the next 2 years. He will actually have to follow the laws. I wonder if he'll crack under the strain. There have been several prominent Administration and Congressional people who have gone to jail recently...I expect that number to triple in the next 2 years.

He's had some laws changed to immunize both himself and his underlings from prosecution for war crimes and for warrantless surveillance. He's had more types of documents classified and has extended the time that presidential documents remain out of the public realm.

If only. In a more perfect world G.W. would have been fairly tried and executed for treason in early 2001. In this world I'd be surprised if he gets as much as a couple years in a cushy federal pen.

I am very much looking forward to that. Don't overlook how controlling Dick Cheney really is in this whole mess either. I pray we get through this without a nuclear weapon going off.....in ANY location!
