You would be better off (because it's faster) to call the police or the AAA for that. You have to open the hanger up and form a hook at the end. Then you have to slide it past the weatherstripping and catch the part of the lock mechanism that needs to be pulled up to release it. It is tricky to get the hanger tot he right place and to find the part to pull. Most police cars have a flat steel tool called a slim jim that does it and they have used it enough to be quick.
New cars have tighter weatherstripping so it makes a difference where you slide it plus their mechanisms are more obscure in their action and tougher to snag the right part.

It depends on how new the car is. Older cars you insert the hanger down and attempt to pull up catching the locking arm. This cannot be done on most new cars. Call the lock smith, or find that spare key.

Well first you have to have window locks with a knob on the top, which manufacturers have quit making a long time ago. Today you have to have a flat tool that is put between the door and the molding.
