Get a book on Massage, soak the feet in warm water, add herbs.
Towel dry, use some nice lavender oil. You can good quality oil @ any health food store. Get a massage yourself first & see what it feels like.

Put some type of oil on the feet and rub/massage the feet slowly, but tenderly.

You massage there feet with some oil and do it tenderly. If you want them to be relaxed then turn on some music
