It sounds like your hormones are getting the best of you.
You can ask your parents to get a check up with your pediatrician.
You can always talk to her/him about all you symptoms.
You don't have to mention feeling depressed. At least, you could find out what all is going on with your mind & your body.
It's good to get support for yourself. :)

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or
neck. Headaches can becaused by minor problems like
eyestrain, lack of coffee or moreserious reasons like

You need to go to your doctor to be sure, but it sounds like depression, which is pretty common in teenagers. Tiredness, lots of sleeping, being irritable, all of these are symptoms of depression. It is treatable, probably with a mix of meds and therapy. It's tough, but you can ask your family for help, or call a distress line, or just go to your doctor. You don't have to feel crappy anymore.

Don't worry, just hormones..Right now you could feel that the world is ending, but the next day you'll think differently...You're just going through a stage...I know I used to think of things like that and be depressed a lot...you'll get over it.

have u ever had anemia? it could be low iron. try to eat more green vegetables and drink alot of water. you could also buy over the counter vitamins to give you alittle boost in energy. but you should go see a physician before you get worse.

You may be getting ready to start your period or you may just be stressed out about something in your personal life.
