is there any security measure that would keep my package from being delivered / received by my bf who works at a bank?

There should not be. It may go to a mail room first, but unless they are super paranoid I don't think they will check it. Getting packages from a courier is a regular thing at most businesses.

Ask the person to whom you want to send the package, if he/she can receive a UPS package, from you, at his job. Some employers do not allow employees to receive personal packages at work.

No. Banks receive packages all the time.
